What it is
If you’ve ever googled a recipe and seen a clean card with the image, cook time, maybe even reviews—all showing before you even hit a website—that’s JSON-LD.
Same thing when a video just shows up as an actual video block in search instead of a plain blue link. That’s structured data doing its job.
JSON-LD is basically a way to label your content so search engines understand what they’re looking at. It doesn’t change how your page looks to users, but it makes a big difference to Google.
Why it's important
This stuff matters because it helps your content get shown better—not just ranked higher, but actually presented better. Cleaner, more useful, more clickable.
Free Tools
Here’s a quick video that breaks it down and shows how to test your Schema for free
If you want to test or create your own Schema Markup, I built this.
Automation
So I decided to use n8n to automate its generation. Here's a tutorial.

I recently stumbled across an interesting Reddit post from someone who’s been in B2B marketing for 15 years. It's a list of the top marketing tools for indie hackers / founders. Thought it was worth resharing here for other SaaS founders who might find it useful.
Hubspot
You really can’t beat Hubspot. It’s hands down the best marketing automation platform and a great hub for everything marketing teams need. I’ve tried Pardot, Marketo, and Act-On, and Hubspot beats them all. It is pricey though, if all you need is basic email marketing, I’d suggest checking out the next tool instead.
Apollo.io
Think of Apollo as ZoomInfo plus Salesloft, all in one. Last I checked, it was still just $99/month for unlimited email credits. It’s packed with features like other sales tools but way cheaper. Great for email marketing and outreach.
Gong.io
Even though Gong is mainly for sales, I use it to hear the actual voice of our customers. Honestly, some of my best content and landing pages came directly from Gong recordings. Real customer language beats anything I could come up with myself.
Session Rewind
It’s like HotJar, but better. I use it to watch how people interact with my landing pages. I like to mix numbers and real behavior. Google Analytics tells me what happened, but Session Rewind shows me how it happened.
BigMarker
I recently started using BigMarker for webinars, and I’ve been very happy with it. It costs more than Zoom or GoToWebinar, but it feels like a tool made just for webinars which I like.
ChatGPT
This one’s obvious but if you’re not using ChatGPT yet, you’re falling behind. A lot of marketers I know use it to write most of their content. It’s not perfect, but it’s a must-have tool today. AI might take over someday, so might as well use it now.
ClickUp
My go-to tool for managing projects. I switched from Monday.com and haven’t looked back. I run my whole company with ClickUp, and I’m still on the free plan. It’s easy to use and has great integrations.
Ahrefs
I know there’s always debate between Ahrefs and Semrush, but I’m team Ahrefs. It’s the best SEO tool I’ve used. It shows everything I need to know about my site and what my competitors are doing. I’ve got a whole SEO toolkit, but Ahrefs is where I always start.

Motivation
So you need relevant business leads from Reddit? Find them without manual searching using this n8n automation I built.
Here's the YT Tutorial, if you want to make it yourself.
Also, here's the blog post describing it.
What it is
An automated n8n workflow that analyzes your website, monitors Reddit for industry-relevant posts, and delivers potential leads directly to your inbox.
How It Works
The workflow analyzes your website to determine your industry & keywords you are targeting. It then searches Reddit for relevant discussions using those generated keywords. Proceeds to filter posts based on engagement metrics and uses AI to identify and summarize potential leads, and delivers them as a formatted email report.

You don’t need to go viral.
You need to show up everywhere.

You don’t need to be a genius. You just need to be relentless.
Here’s the no-BS way to get your first 100 users:
- Launch everywhere. Product Hunt, DevHunt, BetaList, Peerlist, AppSumo, Indie Hackers, Dailypings, etc. If it allows you to list your product—LIST IT.
- Post on socials like your life depends on it. One post won’t do sh*t. Do it 100 days in a row. Copy what went viral. Tweak. Repeat.
- Stalk your competitors. See where they’re listed. Submit your product there. Manually. Or use a tool. Just do it.
- AI + SEO = free traffic. Spin up blog posts with ChatGPT. 50 solid ones can move mountains. Get that domain rating to 15+.
- Run some damn ads. X, Google, Facebook... even Bing. Optimize it once, then let it run.
- Cold DMs / replies. Find your people. Be short. Be real. Be helpful. 1 sentence pitch. No spam.
This is how the internet is won. No secret. Just consistent, boring work. And boom—100 users. Then 1000

- List every fact about what you are selling
- Transform those facts into benefits
- Make the best offer you can from those benefits
Learned this today in this awesome article:
https://www.thegaryhalbertletter.com/newsletters/zgkl_best_copywriter.htm

- Go to the Forum section on PH. It's a newly relaunched feature and a great way to connect with the PH community. Now head to the "Introduce Yourself" topic and introduce yourself to the community.
- Next, explore the General topic. Scroll through posts that are trending to get a feel for what kind of content works well. You can start participating in posts to connect with community members, you can use recent comment page to access the active conversation.
- Now write a post that’s actually helpful to the PH community. Every post needs a topic. Pick the one that fits best so others can find and join in. If you're unsure, use General. Example: I shared a post on how to format text in PH Forum posts (bold, links, lists, etc.) in the initial days of the forum launch.
- After posting, your submission goes into review. It may take some time to be approved. If it’s self-promotional or not useful to the community, it’ll get rejected.Don’t be discouraged if a few posts get deleted. That’s part of the game. So before posting, just go through the forum guidelines once. You can access that here: https://help.producthunt.com/en/articles/10478791-product-hunt-forum-guidelines
- Once your post is approved, you’ll get an email + a PH notification. That’s your cue to start engaging with people commenting your post, just like you do for your product launch.
- If your post gets early traction (like 10+ upvotes or comments), it may hit the trending section of the Forum. That’s HUGE because trending posts appear on the PH homepage. Having followers helps (they’ll get notified about your post), but it’s not necessary. I had just 100+ followers and still got 2 posts featured on the homepage. Your post will stay there until another trending post performs better or a good new post comes in.
✨Bonus Tip 1: PH is quietly testing a Founder Stories section. So if your product lands in the Top 5 of the day, you might get your journey featured in the Maker's Corner. More details here: https://producthunt.com/p/general/voted-top-5-product-of-the-day-win-a-chance-to-be-featured-in-our-new-maker-s-corner
✨Bonus Tip 2: If you have recently added new feature or update that you want to share with the PH community. You can start a thread for your product in the forum as well.

Have an amazing day everyone!

Hey everyone!
We are very excited to announce that you can now install Huzzler on your mobile device and receive push notifications. We have opted to use a PWA instead of a native app as we plan on shipping as many features in the coming weeks (problem / solution directory, accountability, marketing guides..).
To install the app: Simply visit the Huzzler homepage on a mobile device. A popup will appear with instructions on how to install the app. Cheers and let me know if you have any feedback 😁
Thanks!

Huzzler and its small vibrant community is amazing.
I hope I never unintentionally violate any community rules, while I finesse my brand messaging.
If I do, I can count on Vincent on correcting me.
Ultimately, genuine effort will be appreciated...but not all forums.
Below I share a screenshot of a post that followed all rules, yet resulted in a ban on Reddit.
Have to be mindful of the language we use.
It's the ultimate form of (Prompt) Engineering.

Hello everyone. Here are some tips on how to get your first 500 users for your SaaS.
Getting your first 500 users takes work, but it's possible if you follow a plan. If I were starting a new software business today, here are the 5 steps I'd take:
- Find a real problem people have. Think about problems you deal with yourself or problems in areas you know well.
- Talk to at least 10 people who have this problem. Ask them questions (like in surveys or calls): How do they handle it now? How much does it bother them? Would they pay for a solution?
- Build a basic version of your product (an MVP) that solves the main problem. Don't add extra features yet, just make sure it works.
- Let the people you talked to use your basic product for free. Ask them what they think. Use their feedback to improve it. Then, tell people about it in online groups where potential users hang out to get your first 100 users.
- Improve the product based on what those first users say. Then, launch it on Product Hunt to get even more users.
Hopefully this helps some of you

Follow these steps:
1. Go to indiehackers(dot)com/products
2. Click on submit update
3. You will be redirected to your product (if not added, you need to submit your product first)
4. Write a post/update about your product
5. Once published, your update will be visible on the Build Board
Notes:
- Try to add updates on weekdays to get more benefits.
- Try to add new product updates at least twice a month.

Launched a SaaS in a super saturated niche (vehicle history reports). No ads. No influencers. Just raw organic effort, Reddit, SEO, helpful posts, and a simple landing page.
After 30 days:
– 3,200+ visitors
– 1,200+ signed up
– $10K+ revenue
– 37.5% conversion
– 100% organic
We leaned into where people were already looking for solutions and just focused on being useful. No tricks.
I’m curious, anyone else here scaling through organic only? What’s working for you?
And if you're in the auto space and want to see what we built or try it out, feel free to shoot me a message.

I see many founders here building great products but some of you are struggling to get their first paying customers. Here is some actionable advice on how to actually get your first paying customer for your SAAS (how I did it):
- Step 1: find out where your customer hangs out (reddit? forums? facebook groups? And choose the one where your customer is most likely to hang out and where you can contact them directly
- Step 2: Start commenting and provide value. When people ask for advice. just give them advice. Actually try to help them solve their problems.
- Step 3: start casually mentioning how your product can solve a problem they have. (your product must save them either time or money). Be genuine, give real advice. People like real people.
- Step 4: When they join your platform, treat them like kings.
- Step 5: Kindly ask your first users for feedback.
- Step 6: Iterate on the feedback
- Step 7 repeat.

We've been going viral on X these past 4 days. How? By commenting on memes and interacting with community members.
We've both been adding value to conversations, and getting some laughs with silly interactions.
This got us:
→ +600k Impressions
→ +20 New Users
→ +1.4k Profile Visits
Our biggest highlight was a meme about Sam Altman x Levelsio, two people we highly respect, where Levels retweeted us, and our post got out to a lot of devs!
Have you ever tried something off-brand like this? We have to admit it's addicting, although it doesn't convert as much as we would want yet.

Launched my AI-driven social content creator, I need some advice on how to get users.
The product is paid only with a free trial.
Until now I got 3 users to register but they didn't pick the plan necessary to use the website.
What are your suggestions?

Let me introduce you to Groop, a product I've built out of pure frustration. Every time I wanted to meet with friends or plan a holiday it was a hassle of constant back-and-forth messaging to check who was available when.
That's why I created Groop, a simple and free solution. It works like this
- Go to groop.cc
- Create a Groop (Eg. summer holiday 2025)
- Send the link to friends
- Everyone can select available dates on a calendar
- The dates when everyone is available are highlighted in green
It doesn't get more simpler than this. No account creation required. No more back-and-forth-messaging.
Check it out: groop.cc

1. Are people talking about the problem or looking for a solution on social media?
2. Will people pay to solve this problem?
3. Who will be our primary customer?
4. Can we develop a solution that addresses the core problem within 2-3 days?
5. Will this solution add value either by saving time or money for the user?
6. How will we reach our primary customers to collect feedback and get 10 sales?
7. How will we collect testimonials from early adopters?
8. How can we bring 1,000+ users to our website?
9. What data do we need to track to gain insights?

Hi all,
I'm gearing to launch in ProductHunt this week. I know there is plenty of criticism around the platform so I am going into it with low expectations but I think it has to be done, at least for some discovery.
I was wondering if there are any tips that you would recommend for someone doing this for the first time?
I have polished my landing page quite well, fixed most bugs and will prepare a great intro with a follow up comment. Anything else to keep in mind?
Thanks,
Dite

If you have recently launched your product and want to get started with SEO, here are 5 things you can do within 2 weeks:
1. Launch your product on platforms like Product Hunt, Uneed, Micro Launch, Startup Stage, Betalist, Huzzler, etc. (Try to get a few testimonials before launching)
2. List your product on niche directories (e.g., 100+ SaaS and AI directories, 20+ boilerplate platforms, 50+ design platforms).
3. Create a "link in bio" page for your startups using tools like Linktree, Bento, Bio Site, etc.
4. Write a couple of articles on Medium (as they will be indexed within 24 hours).
5. Create a free business account on Pinterest. (Try to get 5-10 followers for the account and include the link on your landing page or on already indexed pages to get indexed by Google.)
Feel free to add any other SEO tactics that have worked for your new startup!

Hi everyone,
I’m working on an iOS/Android app and need some help with price localization. Specifically, I want to run a 20% discount on my main price across multiple regions, but I’m not sure if I have to manually update every country’s price or if there’s a more efficient way.
I’m using RevenueCat, and I’d like to show the original price (crossed out) alongside the discounted price on my paywall. Has anyone done this successfully? Would love to hear about any best practices, tools, or resources that could simplify the process.

Whatsup everyone,
Lately I've been focussing on building waitinglists so I can first measure demand for the products I think of. The results are so-so, often with some validation but little to no real traction.
I've primarily been using organic channels (Reddit, X, also tried some TikTok) but as mentioned it's not really paying off for the effort I put in. Also dabbling in SEO at the moment, but that's even more time consuming for doubtful results.
That's why I was hoping some of you have some wisdom to share. Any free channels or methods I'm overlooking?

Just got to $2K MRR selling website templates for non-tech folks. Started with $1200 in my first week and gradually scaled. Here's what worked:
- Community Building: Became active in web design communities where my target customers hang out. Shared free tips and established credibility.
- SEO Focus: Created content targeting keywords like "website templates for [specific industry]" and "website builder for beginners." Now gets 60% of my traffic.
- Differentiation: Market is saturated, so I focused specifically on "templates for non-technical entrepreneurs" rather than generic templates.
- Free Starter Templates: Offer 2 free templates that provide real value. About 5% convert to paid customers.
- Before/After Showcases: Share real examples of customers who went from zero to professional site using my templates.
- Targeted Demos: Created short video demos showing how different businesses can use my templates.
- Testimonials: Display customer reviews prominently. People buy what others recommend.
Currently scaling by partnering with small business coaches and creating industry-specific template bundles. What other channels would you recommend?

I'm curious to know how you guys are handling the marketing of you app(s)? Do you do paid advertisements? Do you contact businesses directly?
