1. double down on your story
- share why you built your saas, what problem hit you personally? i posted on twitter about my struggle with content issues, and gained 100s of signups.
- be raw in your writing. no corporate jargon, just real talk about your wins and failures.
- post on indie hacker forums or linkedin about your journey weekly to build trust.
- reply to every comment or dm to show you’re not a faceless bot.
2. use ai as a co-founder, not the boss
- lean on ai for repetitive tasks like drafting emails or analyzing user data, i save atleast 10 hours a week this way.
- but don’t let ai write your core messaging. users can smell generic ai content a mile away.
- experiment with tools like copilot for coding, but always tweak the output to fit your style.
- keep your product’s soul human by focusing on unique ux that ai can’t replicate.
3. build community, not just a product
- start a slack or discord for your users to swap tips and feel heard. my community of 100 users drives 30% of my referrals.
- host text-based amas on x or reddit to answer questions and get feedback.
- share user stories (with permission) to show real people love your tool.
- listen to complaints and act fast - nothing says “human” like fixing a bug someone flags.
4. focus on niche problems ai can’t solve
- ai is great for broad tools, but niche pain points are your edge. my saas solves a specific workflow issue for freelancers that ai apps overlook.
- dig into forums like indie hackers to find underserved needs in your space.
- talk to 5-10 users directly (via dm or email) to validate your idea before building.
- keep iterating based on real user feedback, not ai-generated assumptions.
ai’s a tool, not your competitor. so use it to free up time.
and pour your energy into being the human your audience trust.
good luck.

Hey Huzzler community!
After watching 1000+ of you launch here, I've started noticing a common pattern among SaaS launches:
Month 1-6: Build incredible product ✅
Month 7: Launch on Huzzler and get great feedback
Month 8: "No customers.. Maybe I need more features?" 🤔
Month 12: Still struggling with real customers... 😰
Here's the thing, almost everyone in this community can build. You're all incredibly talented.
We try posting on Product Hunt, tweeting, building in public... but our acutal customers are not browsing these sites. They're busy doing their jobs at companies.
That's why I'm building Customer Engine: a systematic approach to getting customers where you get exact daily tasks to get your first B2B customers.
Instead of: "What should I do today to get customers?"
You get: "Send 8 LinkedIn requests to marketing managers using template #3"
And you can actually see what's actually working for other founders (with real numbers).
Question for you guys: What's your biggest problem after launching your product? Is it getting the first real customers (who are not founders themselves)?
Would love your thoughts!

I started building Fakebook out of boredom—just to see what I could create. It evolved into a full-featured social app that puts friendships at the center, while still offering the features people expect today.
🔧 What I Built:
- A mobile-first social media platform that prioritizes posts from your friends
- Interest-based suggestions and page content are blended in when relevant—but never dominate your feed
- Built with Flutter and Riverpod for UI and state management
- Backend powered by .NET and SignalR for real-time updates and SQL
✨ Key Features:
- 📝 Rich post creation – text, multi-image uploads, hashtags, mentions, emoji and tagging
- 🖼️ Media albums – organize and explore media across posts
- 🔄 Real-time feed and notifications – using SignalR
- 📖 Stories – view time-limited updates from friends in a swipeable format
- 💬 Built-in chat – real-time 1:1 messaging with read receipts
- 🌓 Dark mode – clean and accessible visual design
- 🔔 Push notifications – include user avatars and content previews
- 📄 Profile, group, and page feeds – each with independent state and scroll tracking
- 🧠 Smart suggestions – fallback content seeded to avoid repetition and clutter
- 🤝 Friend request system – connect through mutuals and see shared history
I focused on real connections. Your feed is mostly from people you care about. Suggested posts and page updates only appear when your network is quiet—it’s meant to be social, not sensational.
Happy to answer questions or hear your thoughts!

I wanted to share a project I’ve been building for the past few weeks: Inputeer.
The problem that sparked this? Every time I started a new conversation with ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI, I found myself explaining the same background and context over and over. It was not just repetitive, it also made it tough to get real value from AI unless I pasted in tons of notes.
So I built Inputeer. It lets you upload any mix of PDFs, docs, and notes, and it merges them into a single, organized brief (both a PDF and a plain-text block). Now I can just paste one concise summary into any AI model and start working right away, instead of starting from zero.
Building it was a real learning process, figuring out PDF parsing, cleaning up extracted text, and keeping the workflow dead simple took a lot of trial and error. The app is now live and working well for my own projects and a few early users.
I’d love to hear what you think! If you’ve ever been frustrated by repeating yourself to AI tools or just want a way to combine and condense info for faster chats, let me know your thoughts, suggestions, or even critiques.
Thanks for reading!

I created an automation for performing marketing outreach using n8n.
My target audience are all the makers who have a digital presence and want to appear on AI searches.
They need to use a schema markup generator tool, but they don't know it yet.
So I made an employee that :
- fetch the top Product Hunt performers,
- scrape their website,
- find target keywords (for Reddit Lead search),
- Propose a schema markup to improve your search engine optimization
- Send me a draft
- I approve (or decline) and then it sends (or reworks it)
Then it checks out for the day.
Check it out here.

Hi everyone,
We’re building Gifty, an app that reimagines how people discover brands — not through ads, but through playful, interactive gift experiences.
With Gifty, users explore real-world or digital maps to find hidden gifts like vouchers, samples, and surprise offers from brands or friends. But to open them, they need to solve riddles, visit real locations, wait out a countdown, or spin a lucky wheel.
It’s like a scavenger hunt for gifts — where discovery feels more like a game than a sales pitch.
We’re turning advertising into experiences, and making gift-giving way more fun in the process.
🚀 Launching soon

I wasn't happy with the accounting software options for solopreneurs and small businesses. Everything felt bloated and outdated. So I created my own solution: Nummo.
Last week I prelaunched a landing page with a demo and got 6 presales.
Here's what makes Nummo special:
- Minimalist design
- Private by default
- Notion-like UX
- Automated bank syncs
- AI-powered transaction categorization
- Natural language filtering
I would love your feedback!

I don't really have time to watch multiple 30 minute videos per day to catch up on everything so I built this for myself to get a learning doc.
I can always reference it and actually learn the core concepts from it, also can feed it into an LLM so it has that knowledge from the video as well.
I'm sharing a PDF I created for a recent Alex Hormozi video on copywriting. Let me know if you like this - I have more to share.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always struggled with my mental health. When I got my first taste of alcohol at an early age, I knew it was going to be a problem. Over time, both progressed rapidly and increasingly worse.
I am a recovered chronic alcoholic, addict, and compulsive gambler but I am not limited to these addictions. As I say, if you gave me a few sticks and stones, I’d find a way to become addicted. Between many interventions and treatments, I have relapsed again and again. What’s the result? Complete chaos. Along with hurting those around me.
I’ve been diagnosed with quite a variety of mental illnesses throughout my life. Although experts have had contradicting opinions, one thing is for sure, I have suffered extremely.
I’ve had multiple attempts to end my life. The truth is, I’m not sure why or how I am here today.
Due to this endless and painful struggle, I have become obsessed with doing whatever it takes to help even that one person. This app has given meaning to my confusing existence. I won’t stop until I have given all I have to make a difference.
Fortunately, today I am in recovery and do not suffer anymore with my mental health.
I’ll never forget the day the idea came to me. Not just because I was ready to take my life, but because of the hope that filled the enormous void. Having no reason to be here had transformed into a dream. A dream of making change. From that point until today, I never looked back. I swore to myself that no matter what happened, I wouldn’t end my life until this app was in another person’s hand.
I had no clue how to make this happen but knew I would, even if it took a lifetime. I started telling people about the idea when I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital the next day. The nurses, psychologists and more importantly the patients, loved the idea. I began emailing anyone I could think of for help.
Enter Social Entrepreneurs Ireland – an organisation that not only believed in Pleaze but me as a person. I was accepted into the Ideas Academy in 2021 and began exploring how I was going to make this a reality.
In October 2022, We launched a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. 70 generous people backed us and we raised €2,650!
As you can probably tell, it has been a while since I came up with this idea, a little over 3 years. I’ve battled in these years horrifically. Pondering whether to give up or not and I was scared that if this failed, I wouldn’t have a reason to live.
With all that said, I’ve never been better. I am in a space to do this. I am ready to take Pleaze where it needs to go. I sincerely hope you get something from this app, even if it is just hope. I am always here for anyone, there isn’t much I haven’t seen or heard so don’t be shy. If you need anything, I don’t care how big or small… I’m just a message away.
With never-ending love,
James Lewis.

Hi everyone
I just launched AutoGen Reports, a tool built for people who spend hours trying to make sense of Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets files.
What it does:
AutoGen Reports turns your messy business data into a clean dashboard in under 2 minutes. It’s:
- 100% rule-based (no machine learning, no hallucinations)
- Fully transparent (no predictions or dummy values)
- Built for business users who want insights, not complexity
How it works:
- Upload your file (CSV, Excel, or even PDF)
- AutoGen analyzes it and extracts trends, KPIs, and charts
- You get a clean, sharable report instantly
Who it's for:
- Freelancers analyzing client reports
- Founders tracking growth or exports
- Employees handling messy Excel sheets
- Anyone overwhelmed by BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Why I built it:
I saw how much time people waste trying to interpret spreadsheets. This tool solves that with one upload — no training needed.
Try it here: https://autogen.intranalytix.com
(We provide dummy credentials if you'd like to explore the business view)
I’d love to hear what you think — feedback is gold 💬

I've been working on this system for some time now.
It allows you to personalize every email you send using your prospects LinkedIn profile data.
If this is something that you find useful for your business, you can get a sample of how the system works at no cost.
I'm planning to improve this by using the website data of the prospects business as well.

If you’ve done SEO, you know how tedious and time-consuming internal linking can be.
That’s why we created the Internal Link Builder Chrome Extension — a free tool that scans your website and highlights internal link opportunities right on your pages.
No more exporting data, digging through spreadsheets, or paying for expensive tools.
How it works:
- Install the extension
- Open your website
- It lists suggested links, the source page, and anchor text
- Click to preview the recommended link on the target page
Why I built it:
My main LinkStorm SaaS serves large sites, but I wanted to offer a free, simple solution for SEOs, bloggers, SaaS owners, and content creators who need quick wins without hassle.
Benefits:
- Instantly discover internal link opportunities
- Works on any site
- Zero technical setup
- Completely free
I’d love your feedback and suggestions to make it even better! 🙏

While Reddit may be the king of forums at 3.8B visits vs 13.4M by HackerNews , it's still a forum with lots of value.
So that's why I built this tool with the following YT tutorial.
It's quite simple.
- HackerNews API (it's public & free)
- GPT 4.1 powered AI Agent with HTTP Request tool
- Gsheets to aggregate my summary
Link to the tool

To reward myself I built https://daysnoalcohol.com/ to track the days. Whoever is also not drinking can join. There is a leaderboard and you can download .png of your progress. Cheers Lucas

I got tired of juggling 3 or 4 different apps every time I wanted to do some focused work. I’d use a Kanban board, a Pomodoro timer, focus playlist, and an ambient background just to stay in the zone. It felt... excessive.
So I built Eden.pm that gives you:
- A calm workspace with beautiful ambient backgrounds
- 500+ focus beats across 4 genres
- Kanban boards
- A Pomodoro timer
- Notes
- Various other useful widgets
Basically, it’s an all-in-one digital focus space
Fast forward a few months… over 500 people are using it. Honestly, I’m just glad others found it useful too. Many (including myself) are over 50% more productive
Eden.pm is totally free while still in beta.
All I ask is you let me know what you think or what features you’d want next!
happy focusing.
