I wanted to share a project I’ve been building for the past few weeks: Inputeer.
The problem that sparked this? Every time I started a new conversation with ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI, I found myself explaining the same background and context over and over. It was not just repetitive, it also made it tough to get real value from AI unless I pasted in tons of notes.
So I built Inputeer. It lets you upload any mix of PDFs, docs, and notes, and it merges them into a single, organized brief (both a PDF and a plain-text block). Now I can just paste one concise summary into any AI model and start working right away, instead of starting from zero.
Building it was a real learning process, figuring out PDF parsing, cleaning up extracted text, and keeping the workflow dead simple took a lot of trial and error. The app is now live and working well for my own projects and a few early users.
I’d love to hear what you think! If you’ve ever been frustrated by repeating yourself to AI tools or just want a way to combine and condense info for faster chats, let me know your thoughts, suggestions, or even critiques.
Thanks for reading!
