Curiosity for those who are building projects (or trying to build):
What is the most annoying or repetitive problem you face in your daily life as a builder?
(It may be something small, but it bothers you every day.)
Currently what gives me the most work is marketing.
I'm trying to better understand the behind-the-scenes of the builder's journey.
If you can share, Iād love to hear!

before investing in paid traffic. I have a notebook full of ideas that *seem* promising, but I'm stuck trying to confirm whether there's an audience willing to pay for them. I know who I want to reach, but I don't know how to reach them without spending on ads ā I want organic validation first (real feedback, not just guesswork).

Create value first. Do you have a YouTube channel ? I have been generating traffic through it, while I build in public:
For example, I made this quick tutorial to help people save money by using OpenRouter to access Gemini 2.5 pro: https://youtu.be/l7l4qO0-xU8
this has helped bring traffic to my other products
like this pSEO website, which is actually a language learning game : https://youtu.be/F1qsQIMbpMQ

At this point, you also need to cultivate Reddit klout (points), before people start trusting you
