Email personalization system

I'm having a lot of fun building this in n8n.

You provide a list of cold leads with their emails and Linkedin profiles, and it returns fully personalized emails based on your requirements.

To answer your questions guys:

Right now, I’m using some sample prompts to test and build the system.
You can customize what the LLM does as well.

Here’s a part of the testing user prompt:

```
Subject Line: hey {name}, think I have something for you re: {thingAboutThem}
Body: I know you're doing {thing} and I've been following {relatedThing} for a while so I figured it made sense to chat.
The TLDR: I think I can add ~$5K/mo to {theirParaphrasedBusiness} with a few automated systems.
I just did this for a similar {industry} company and we hit $28,350 in a few months — they do {relatedThing} — so I’m confident I can duplicate this at minimum.
Would be 100% risk-free — I'd guarantee at least 20 appts booked or you wouldn't pay.
PS: Even if we just chat, I’d love to hear about what you're doing with {thing}.
```
And here’s an output example:

subject: hey Danny, think I have something for you re: boosting your tech projects

body: I know you're leading tech teams and I've been following local dev communities for a while so I figured it made sense to chat.
the tldr: I think I can add ~$5K/mo to your tech initiatives with a few automated systems. I just did this for a similar software company that also focuses on community engagement and we hit $28,350 in a few months so I'm confident I can duplicate this at minimum. would be 100% risk-free, I'd guarantee at least 20 appts booked or you wouldn't pay.
ps: even if we just chat I'd love to hear about what you're doing with your tech leadership and community work.

The lead isn’t quite qualified but it shows the idea. Model temp is 0.1 so outputs are consistent.

Test guidelines I'm using:

Tone = casual bar convo. Spartan.

Make vague but plausible connections.

Don’t copy LinkedIn — paraphrase.

Subject line should be casual and human-like.

Got inspired by a YouTube video for this system.

What do you think guys? I can iterate on this easily.

Looks good, but what if the customer asks for proof of your success ?

For context, I'm actually looking to have this served over a SaaS. Basically have companies use this in few clicks.
1. They don't have to deal with a whole agency and I have a product instead of working with clients individually all the time.
2. I can price this x2 cheaper then an agency would but still have it at the amount that's very good for me with good margins.

To answer your question, I guess that's an inevitable issue when starting out. Do you have some suggestions to handle that objection?
What I'm thinking about is maybe I can adjust the positioning?
It could be more of like giving sales teams an entire system that will get a full LN profile for each person and the AI will personalize the email based on what they know works, just enhanced. That should free a lot of time for their teams and improve quality of their emails a lot.
I guess it's not really a big issue then if I had previous clients or not, more of like does the software work or not which I can demonstrate.
What do you think? I might be wrong here

time savings are always marketable, especially with sales funnel related work like the one you are working in

remember that what you are creating could be spun out for a few different clients profiles

- HR
- Travel Agencies
etc

I would recommend you continue searching for spaces that are not (as) crowded with AI

also make demos that show this in action

Yeah got you, I can see how HR may need to personalize emails but I'm not sure how Travel Agencies might use this?
I'm very curios to hear about their use-case for something like this
