How to practice:

1. After experiencing a strong emotion, reflect on:

- "What emotion am I experiencing right now?"

- "What triggered this reaction?"

- "How does this response serve me?"


2. Consider:

"Were there alternative ways I could have handled them?"


3. Ask yourself:

"What strategies or coping mechanisms were effective in managing my emotions today?".
