How can I get my first client for my web dev agency?

I have created a landing page for my web development agency. Clueless on how to get the first client? Whom should I contact? Where do my prospectives hang out?

My service is simple - Pay $4999/mo and subscribe to a dev's services, meetingless - kanban board setup - more work less talk, productised service instead of fixed hourly price. Just like designjoy.

I'd say contact existing businesses you find on here (you can browse the products) and ask them if they need dev help. You could also just look in your local area what web based businesses are around you and contact them. I find contacting people directly always converts better

I would say cut your price for early bird by the minimum 50%. If your service is indeed a value add, they would want to be retained.

Right now what's most important for you is portfolio showcases and customer testimonials, so over index on that at all cost.

Lastly, look for people that you can tell need your service but are not asking for it, look for local businesses that do not have an online presence.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks man, really good advise. I will personalise the price -50% off for new clients (to get positive testimonials).
