Need a serious feedback about my first iOS App

I just launched my first iOS app called PillMate - Medicine Tracker – it's a clean and simple medicine tracker designed to help people stay consistent with their meds.

I made it for anyone who wants a distraction-free, easy-to-use way to track doses, get reminders, and stay on top of their health.

Would love to get some feedback about UI and overall experience using it.

I tested it but the first time I opened and added a medicine the input fields did not work. I had to go back to the main screen and press plus again. Also when you press save there is no visual feedback that it's saved, and it looks like nothing is saved. very weird. But ui is clean, I like it

Thanks for the feedback, what device do you use? It should have smooth transition from creating to going back to the main screen.

iPhone 15 plus. But I think the problem is that there is no error validation. For instance, when you don't select a date and keep the default option there is no error when pressing save

Oh ... I see now thank you for mentioning that also i must forget that, so now I simply know what I need to do:

Add subtle Saved label before the adding medicine window disappear

Add some indications when some of the labels or buttons are not selected.

One more time THANK YOU so much! Pushed update 1.1 with your feedback users now have simple notification about Saved med and also red indicators when they forget to put information inside some box/picker.
