Need your thoughts : A Next.js programmatic SEO boilerplate

Hey there,

I've build directories and use programmatic SEO for my project, which drive traffic more than any other way.

I'm currently preparing a third directory, but I really think about making a boilerplate first (with Next.js/Supabase, the stack I use ), to be able to reuse it easily, sell it and building a private community around it and pSEO.

What do you think about that ?

Creating a boilerplate seems pretty solid, especially if you're planning on making similar sites in the future. However, I'm not too sure about the demand for pSEO in 2025. Google has been cracking down on similar SEO tricks as of recently. The new meta seems to be Reddit backlinks.

I saw more and more people talking about pSEO, it seems to be more famous nowadays !
I don't know about the Google update, but as long as the website is providing value to users it seems to works well, but the Reddit backlinks are only available while we have a lot of upvotes and comment right ?

It's a good idea, but pSEO has get rich fast branding to it -- many people will be skeptical.
If you could persuade your target audience of your success, then it's a no-brainer.

pSEO doesn't promise a "get rich fast" road, it's a "get traffic fast", IF it's done well.

I'd recommend creating the boilerplate if you already have made successful directories in the past and know you might make others in the future.

If you're not sure if it's gonna work or not and you might make something else in the future, spending time making a universal boilerplate might be "wasted (if you know what I mean).

Good luck!

Yes I prefer to stay in the niche I know, I have other project in the futur and I don't want to split my mind on multiple subject.
I would share what I work on, and the community would be learning from each other, I think that can be a big leverage
