SaaS Pegasus is Cory Zue's Django SaaS generator for developers who want teams, Stripe, and a generated codebase with HTMX or React. You pick the technologies and features, and Pegasus generates a unique codebase for that project. Current apps run Django 6 on Python 3.14, mostly Django templates, with Tailwind CSS and DaisyUI. Paid plans add Stripe, teams, optional Wagtail, Pydantic AI agents, and Celery.
You can try the live site before you buy. saaspegasus.com is itself a Pegasus app, so you can sign up there and click around. You generate a project on the site or with pegasus-cli, then run make init. Docker, uv, and Node are the usual prerequisites. The latest product release is 2026.8.1, dated August 6, 2026.
This is a Django kit, not a Next.js one. Professional is $449 for one project and one year of community. Unlimited is $649 for unlimited projects, lifetime community, and priority support.

They also list one extra year of updates on the paid plans. A $149 charge shows up on the paid plans, even Unlimited, and the homepage never says what you get for that. Team checkout is $849 / $1899. You can upgrade Professional to Unlimited in the first year for $299.
