Building Marathon

Me and my co-founder took a few days off work.

Not for a vacation.

But for a 4-day marathon to try and finish our first SaaS.

Any tips to survive the grind?

Do not engage in any digital social activities until after the building is over.
Do take videos of the building process though -- could serve as marketing material.
At that point, just go full steam on marketing.

Bro. First of all, respect. U took days off work not to chill, but to sit in a digital cave. Thtโ€™s peak foundr brain.

So, in these 4 days, If either of you says 'Wait, what if we also add' you punch that thought in the face.
This ainโ€™t the time for ideas. Itโ€™s the time to finish. Pick a vry minimum vrsn of your product that works.

And yeah, don't forget one 15 min walk per day or ur brain will rot and uโ€™ll try to deploy to production via Notepad๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜. Just trust me.

I don't remember exactly, but about a month ago I saw something on Twitch TV โ€” two guys locked themselves in a rented apartment for a month with a $30,000 budget and a mission to build a startup. There was a 24/7 livestream the whole time. Unfortunately, I don't remember their channel name, but I'm really curious how it all turned out.

i believe having a clear target to reach (not many) and some good planning/task layout you can pull this off. Best of luck !!

I find that taking regular breaks improves my productivity. And good luck on the SaaS!
