3D House Planner is a free home design tool that runs in your browser, with nothing to install and no account to create. Draw the floor plan in 2D (walls, doors, windows, stairs and rooms) and the 3D model updates live next to it. Furnish every room from a large catalog, change materials and colors, and walk through the house in first person before anything is built. An AI design assistant can build rooms, furniture layouts and roofs from a text description or an attached plan or photo, and the optional AI studio turns the exact 3D view into photorealistic interior, exterior and garden renders using your own Puter account. Exports include IFC (IFC4) for BIM, DXF and SVG for CAD, OBJ, GLB and STL for 3D modeling and printing, and PNG. Free for personal and commercial use, no watermark, available in 10 languages.
