Subsroom

Subsroom is for the person who runs an amateur sports club in their spare time: the tennis club treasurer chasing the last of the subs in May, the football club secretary keeping the member list straight, the netball coach taking the register on a phone in the rain. The free worksheets on this site work the season's subs from your own members and fees, show the arrears and the surplus, and turn the register into an attendance rate, with no account. Then the paid plan keeps the club as the record, so the member list, the subs and the registers stop living in three spreadsheets and a group chat.

Subsroom is a small piece of software for the volunteer who runs an amateur sports club in the United States or the United Kingdom. It has two halves. The worksheets are free and work the club's figures on the page from the numbers you type in: the members in each tier, the fees, the paid-up share, the fixed costs, the sessions and the register. Subsroom Pro is the record the club becomes: every member with their section, fee tier and paid-up status, every payment dated against the member, every session register kept against the section, every team sheet drawn from the paid-up members, and the export the treasurer takes to the AGM, kept and exportable at any time.
