The asset, the schedule against it, and the work order that comes off it

Most maintenance software is sold on the size of its feature list. A team of two to ten technicians needs four things from it: a register of what they own, a schedule of what each thing needs and when, a work order raised when something needs doing, and a history that says what was done. Everything else is a preference. The free worksheets on this site price your own reactive work against planned, on your figures, before anybody quotes you for a system, and the paid plan keeps every asset, schedule and work order as a record you can show.

Cmmsly works the arithmetic a maintenance function argues its budget with, and then keeps the record that arithmetic came from. The free worksheets on this site take your own asset counts, task hours, breakdown counts and loaded rate and return the figures a maintenance manager otherwise estimates: what the reactive work is costing against a planned schedule, what a year of preventive maintenance costs to run, and what a machine's daily checks come to. Each one computes on the page with no account. The paid plan keeps what the worksheets describe: every asset on a register with its criticality and condition, the schedule against each one with where its interval came from, every work order with what the technician found and how long it took, and the history those work orders accumulate into.

Who it is for: A maintenance manager, facilities engineer or works supervisor in a US operation that OWNS equipment and has to keep it running: a line, a warehouse fleet, a hotel or school plant room, a property with lifts and pumps

$59 a month for the whole team, not per technician. Cancel yourself any time.
