Kwip is a courier service built for the businesses actually shipping in Malta: online shops, Facebook and Instagram sellers, importers, and any small business that sends parcels to customers and is tired of chasing their courier for answers.
You book a collection when your order is packed and ready. We come to you, the parcel spends the night in our warehouse, and it goes out the next day on an optimised route. That is the whole promise: next day from pickup, not next day from some cutoff you missed by ten minutes.
What it costs
From €3.99 ex VAT per drop, covering the first parcel. Every extra is a flat €1 and you see it before you book: extra parcel, cash on delivery handling, identified handover, extra cover, Gozo. No quotes, no sales call before you get a price, no monthly volume requirement, no contract.
Invoicing is weekly, and money we collect for you at the door is settled back to you weekly too, not at the end of the month.
What is different
- No cutoff time and no CSV manifest. Availability is the only thing that gates a pickup, so booking late in the day just means fewer slot options.
- Two free redelivery attempts, automatically, and no holding fees ever on a parcel sitting in our warehouse.
- Real cover. If we lose or damage a parcel through our fault, we refund your cost of the goods up to €100, or up to €300 with extra cover at €1.
- Your customer gets an arrival window and a WhatsApp nudge before the van leaves, which kills most dead trips before they happen.
- Signup is self serve. Add your business, add a card, start booking. No approval queue.
Where and when
Malta and Gozo, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Gozo runs weekly.
Why a courier is on a startup directory
Kwip is a tech company that owns its fleet. The vans and the riders are the visible part, but the reason the pricing, the scheduling and the arrival windows work the way they do is the software underneath. The mission is simple: improve commerce and its logistics in Malta, through tech.
