Coshhvo

Writing a risk assessment is a morning's work. Keeping thirty of them current, knowing which is due next month, finding the one an insurer asks about two years later, and proving the people it covers were told what changed is the rest of the job, and it is the part nobody costs. Coshhvo starts with two free worksheets that put a number on it: a risk assessment form that sizes and prices a firm's whole assessment programme from its own activities and review cycle, and a COSHH assessment worksheet that does the same from the substances actually on site. The paid plan keeps what they sized, with an author, a date and a review date on every record.

Coshhvo is built and run by Ellul Solutions Ltd, a software company registered in England and Wales. It is a small product with one job, not a platform: the health and safety records a firm produces, and keeping them findable and current. The free worksheets and the paid plan are made by the same people, and the worksheets are not a trial of the paid plan.

Who it is for: For the person who has to produce and keep a firm's health and safety paperwork: the safety manager or adviser in a firm too small to have a department, the SHEQ or compliance person at a contractor, and the site or office manager who has had health and safety added to their job.

Coshhvo Pro is £100 a month for the whole firm, billed monthly, however many people write your assessments.
