Just released a free tool for my friends when they come and visit London. What they look for is a place within budget (AirBnb, Booking.com, etc.) and safe...there was nothing.
So, I created https://then.travel so they can easily check an address and get some safety score. I have also brought the idea a little bit further with a Google Chrome extension that enriches search results from AirBnb/Booking.com with safety score.
