Guests simply scan a QR code placed on your service counter, table, or printed receipt using their phone camera, enter their assigned token number, and grant browser notification permissions.

Once connected, patrons have complete freedom of movement. Because the app communicates over cellular data and Wi-Fi, customers can wait in their parked cars, explore neighboring storefronts, or relax without crowding your counter. Up to 5 companions can sync to the same token in real time to monitor order status together. When staff tap a token number on the web calling keypad—accessible from any existing phone, tablet, iPad, or POS display—the customer's device instantly triggers an audible alert, vibration, and lock-screen notification.
