This site builds the documents a small US organisation needs, one at a time and free, and the paid plan keeps each one against its version number with a record of which person agreed to which version, on which date, so the question everybody is eventually asked has an answer.

Attestroom builds written policies and keeps the record that people agreed to them. The free builders ask a handful of questions and produce a one-page document plus the schedule or table it implies. The paid plan keeps each policy against a version number, sends it to the people it binds, and records which person agreed to which version on which date.
