hirly is a job application tool for engineers, data scientists, product managers and designers who are actively job hunting. It scores every live job listing against your profile with a visible A-G breakdown across role fit, remote policy, tech stack and seniority, so you can see why a job matches instead of trusting a black box. It then drafts a resume and cover letter written for that specific job description, and fills the application form on real ATS pages including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn through a Chrome extension. Applying stays per-job and consent-based: you review the filled fields and press submit yourself, or opt a single job into autonomous submission.
