Extinvo

A fire equipment round is a lot of small identical jobs with one hard part: proving each of them happened. Extinvo starts with two free worksheets that work a site's own numbers, an emergency lighting test log that sizes the monthly function tests and the ninety-minute annual test by fitting, and a fire and safety inspection walk that turns extinguishers, fire doors and alarm devices into minutes and dollars. The paid plan keeps what the worksheets sized: every device against its location and its barcode, the date it was last checked, the date the next check falls due, and the technician who signed for it.

Extinvo is built and run by Ellul Solutions Ltd, a software company registered in England and Wales. It is a small product with one job, not a platform: the fire devices in a building, and the record of them being checked. The free worksheets and the paid plan are made by the same people, and the worksheets are not a trial of the paid plan.

Who it is for: For the fire-protection contractor, the small fire and life-safety company and the facilities or life-safety manager who walks a building's fire equipment and has to prove it was walked.

Extinvo Pro is $49 a month for the whole company, billed monthly, however many technicians and sites you run.
