Consil AI is an AI-powered prospecting tool for the French real estate market. It answers two questions nobody else covers end to end: where exactly is the property behind a listing, and who to call when it belongs to a company (SCI).
It monitors SeLoger, leboncoin, Bien'ici, Belles Demeures and Le Figaro Immo 24/7 and deduplicates listings into one feed per area. It matches each listing to its exact address from the energy certificate (DPE), surface and floor, with a confidence level.
An interactive cadastral map shows buildings, past sales (DVF), energy certificates and the owning company for any parcel. The ownership chain goes from parcel to owning company to current director in the national business register, then to a professional contact. Off-market signals flag companies in dissolution or liquidation that still hold property.
