Poland needs a site like this so I made one

Two days ago I was browsing the internet and came across a really simple, well-made site about moving to Germany (https://www.how-to-germany.com/). I loved how clean and straightforward it was and it got me thinking: there's no niche site like that about Poland (I did research). So I built howtopoland.com ๐Ÿ˜„

Itโ€™s a site with tools (like calculators) and basic info for expats coming to Poland. The idea is to monetize through affiliate links to bank accounts / credit cards (the payouts are actually quite decent), and maybe later partner with companies that help foreigners with legalization or general services.

Poland is developing fast and becoming a more attractive place to live. It's friendly, much more affordable than places like Germany or Sweden, and every year I see more and more foreigners on the streets. Plus, Iโ€™m Polish myself, so Iโ€™ve got the local knowledge to make this genuinely helpful.

Would love to hear your thoughts! ๐Ÿ‘‡

<Showcase> Haplo AI: Run LLMs Privately and Completely Offline.

Hey Everybody!

Over the lastย few weeksย I builtย Haplo AI, an app that lets you download and run large-language models entirelyย on-deviceโ€”no cloud, no trackers, just private, offline AI chat wherever you go. Itโ€™s perfect for spots with spotty (or zero) Wi-Fi (or if you just don't like handing billion dollar companies all of your data๐Ÿ˜…).

How itโ€™s built

  1. Swift + SwiftUI Front-End
  2. Kuzcoย โ€” my newly open-sourced Swift wrapper forย llama.cpp
  3. Metal accelerationย for fast, battery-friendly inference.
  4. Background model downloadsย that resume even if the app quits.
  5. Encrypted SwiftData persistenceย with live Combine updates.
  6. On-device safety filterโ€”no external calls required.

Why I built it

I wanted ChatGPT-level convenienceย withoutย surrendering my data, and something thatย keeps working when the coffee-shop Wi-Fi dies. Haplo AI lets me brainstorm, journal, or outline articles anywhere (used 30,000ft in the air with no wifi and it works like a charmโ˜บ๏ธ)

Cool extras that I'm working on

  • System-action agent: booking Ubers, sending texts, auto-scheduling, firing off social posts, etc.
  • Open-sourcing more of the โ€œagentโ€ layer once APIs stabilize.

Wins so far

  • Reached #64 apps in Apple's Utilities chart (only for a day.. but still ๐ŸŽ‰)
  • Received more than 100 downloads across macOS and iOS devices

Iโ€™d love your feedback on architecture, performance hacks, or UX polish!

P.S. I'm loving Screen Studio for recording my apps to showcase!

What if getting customers for your SaaS was simply completing a checklist?

Hey Huzzler community!

After watching 1000+ of you launch here, I've started noticing a common pattern among SaaS launches:

Month 1-6: Build incredible product โœ…

Month 7: Launch on Huzzler and get great feedback

Month 8: "No customers.. Maybe I need more features?" ๐Ÿค”

Month 12: Still struggling with real customers... ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

Here's the thing, almost everyone in this community can build. You're all incredibly talented.

We try posting on Product Hunt, tweeting, building in public... but our acutal customers are not browsing these sites. They're busy doing their jobs at companies.

That's why I'm building Customer Engine: a systematic approach to getting customers where you get exact daily tasks to get your first B2B customers.

Instead of: "What should I do today to get customers?"

You get: "Send 8 LinkedIn requests to marketing managers using template #3"

And you can actually see what's actually working for other founders (with real numbers).

Question for you guys: What's your biggest problem after launching your product? Is it getting the first real customers (who are not founders themselves)?

Would love your thoughts!

I made an app on Lovable using 1 command

Summary

This last weekend Lovable hosted an impromptu hackathon called the AI Showdown.

I made an entry for the $25K competition.

Its rules are simple:

  • Compare head to head the performance of OpenAI vs Anthropic vs Gemini.

So I decided to create a very simple submission that doubles down as an evaluation for future models and other platforms as well.

Namely, create a 2D Pokรฉmon style game called Kanjemon, where the goal is to capture all 25 Kanji (Japanese scripture characters)

Motivation

I make language learning apps.

I also wanted a very simple comparison.

Results

Honestly, it's possible to 1-shot prompt an amazing MVP on Lovable -- no auth, just pure gameplay.

My personal favorite is Anthropic (better style taste), but OpenAI was incredible too (followed all instructions)

I wrote a lengthier write-up here, where I include the prompts and logic behind the submission.

Marketing for Founders: practical resources to grow your project

Hey everyone, I thought you might find this useful.

Long story short, I've been trying my luck on a few side projects and playing with marketing for the past few years.

After seeing so many fellow founders struggle to grow their projects, Iโ€™ve decided to collect the best guides and examples in a GitHub repo.

You see, most of the products we all know and love (like Tally, Posthog, Simple Analytics) followed the same playbook. Start with $0 marketing (launches, cold outreach, SEO) and later scale with Ads, influencers and referrals.

In short, you donโ€™t need to be a marketing genius, just a few directions and a ton of hard work and perseverance.

And yes, I know, thereโ€™s already a lot of advice out there, but most of the time it's about scaling some VC-funded startup with a big marketing budget to $1,000,000 ARR and 100,000 users.

Inspirational? Sure. Actionable? Not really.

Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m trying to keep Marketing for Founder as practical as it gets (spoiler: itโ€™s hard since thereโ€™s no one-size-fits-all) and list everything in order so you can have a playbook to follow.

Here's the link to the repo:ย EdoStra/Marketing-for-Founders: A hyper-practical collection of marketing resources for founders looking to grow their startup

Leave it a star โญ if you find it useful and best of luck with your project!

Need Help Selling My โ€œAdvanced Email Schedulingโ€ SaaS

Hey everyone!

Iโ€™m looking for help sellingย Advanced Email Scheduling, a custom-built app I coded myself.ย Send an unlimited number of emails from unlimited accounts and recipientsย without restrictive pricing plans

Who Needs It?

This is perfect forย businesses or individuals who want to reach leads directly and efficiently. Whether youโ€™re a small business, a freelancer, or a marketer, you canย add unlimited recipients and email accounts and start sending immediately, without restrictive limits or expensive plans.

I made it because many email sender services limit you toย 5,000 emails a month for around $15, or force you into restrictive plans. With this, you control everything, you can send as much as you want, when you want.

Some key highlights:

  • Import recipients and emails manually or from CSV files
  • Customizable templates with {name} tags for personalization
  • Sending methods:
  • Human-Like Method:ย Naturally spaces delivery to avoid looking automated and triggering spam
  • Time Interval Method:ย Sends messages at set intervals until all are gone
  • Campaign control:ย View, pause, delete, or edit campaigns at any time

I made a short video walkthrough that shows exactly how it all works and covers all the main features, you can watch it to get a clear picture of what it can do.

The app is urgent for me to sell, I put a lot of effort into developing it myself, and now Iโ€™m looking for someone who finds it valuable and wants to buy it.

If youโ€™re interested or know someone who might be, please reach out. Happy to discuss pricing, transfer, and any questions you have.

Short Video Walkthrough

Also would be helpful if yall can give me some websites where I can list my app! Thank you

From Zero to First: Why We Built Firsto

Two weeks ago, we launchedย Firstoย โ€” a launch platform built for makers who want to ship fast and grow early.

We started with a belief:

Launching should be a beginning, not an afterthought.

Most platforms celebrate finished products. We wanted to create a space where early-stage projects โ€” v0.1, experiments, ideas-in-motion โ€” could get visibility, feedback, and even first sales.

Hereโ€™s what happened in just 14 days:

  • ๐ŸŒฑ Domain Rating went fromย 0 to 20
  • ๐Ÿ™Œย 96 usersย signed up
  • ๐Ÿ’ธย 3 salesย were made on Firsto, totalingย $57

Itโ€™s still early, but the signal is clear โ€” thereโ€™s a need for a place that respects early products, and helps them take off.

We're working fast: improving submission flow, enhancing launch visibility, and building tools that support indie creators and small teams.

If you're building something โ€” however small or early โ€”

submit it now, while weโ€™re growing fast.

Thanks for being part of Firstoโ€™s Day 0. ๐Ÿš€

Built this in 4 hours after my Reddit post blew up!

Made this after my Reddit spreadsheet got popular and everyone kept asking which launch sites are worth it.

LaunchDirectories.com has 55+ directories with:

  • Domain ratings
  • Traffic estimates
  • Backlink types (dofollow/nofollow)
  • Sorting options

Update DR scores every 2 weeks so data stays fresh.

No signup required, just go use it.

Whole thing took me 4 hours to build from scratch. Paid like $15 for the domain, hope it was worth it xD

Got some other ideas brewing for more features but want to see if people actually use this first.

how i stand out as a founder when ai is everywhere

1. double down on your story

- share why you built your saas, what problem hit you personally? i posted on twitter about my struggle with content issues, and gained 100s of signups.

- be raw in your writing. no corporate jargon, just real talk about your wins and failures.

- post on indie hacker forums or linkedin about your journey weekly to build trust.

- reply to every comment or dm to show youโ€™re not a faceless bot.

2. use ai as a co-founder, not the boss

- lean on ai for repetitive tasks like drafting emails or analyzing user data, i save atleast 10 hours a week this way.

- but donโ€™t let ai write your core messaging. users can smell generic ai content a mile away.

- experiment with tools like copilot for coding, but always tweak the output to fit your style.

- keep your productโ€™s soul human by focusing on unique ux that ai canโ€™t replicate.

3. build community, not just a product

- start a slack or discord for your users to swap tips and feel heard. my community of 100 users drives 30% of my referrals.

- host text-based amas on x or reddit to answer questions and get feedback.

- share user stories (with permission) to show real people love your tool.

- listen to complaints and act fast - nothing says โ€œhumanโ€ like fixing a bug someone flags.

4. focus on niche problems ai canโ€™t solve

- ai is great for broad tools, but niche pain points are your edge. my saas solves a specific workflow issue for freelancers that ai apps overlook.

- dig into forums like indie hackers to find underserved needs in your space.

- talk to 5-10 users directly (via dm or email) to validate your idea before building.

- keep iterating based on real user feedback, not ai-generated assumptions.

aiโ€™s a tool, not your competitor. so use it to free up time.

and pour your energy into being the human your audience trust.

good luck.

PS. get ready-to-post content for your brand that sounds just like you at AuthenticPosts .com

๐Ÿš€ Fakebook โ€“ A Friendship-First Social App

I started building Fakebook out of boredomโ€”just to see what I could create. It evolved into a full-featured social app that puts friendships at the center, while still offering the features people expect today.

๐Ÿ”ง What I Built:

  • A mobile-first social media platform that prioritizes posts from your friends
  • Interest-based suggestions and page content are blended in when relevantโ€”but never dominate your feed
  • Built with Flutter and Riverpod for UI and state management
  • Backend powered by .NET and SignalR for real-time updates and SQL

โœจ Key Features:

  • ๐Ÿ“ Rich post creation โ€“ text, multi-image uploads, hashtags, mentions, emoji and tagging
  • ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Media albums โ€“ organize and explore media across posts
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Real-time feed and notifications โ€“ using SignalR
  • ๐Ÿ“– Stories โ€“ view time-limited updates from friends in a swipeable format
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Built-in chat โ€“ real-time 1:1 messaging with read receipts
  • ๐ŸŒ“ Dark mode โ€“ clean and accessible visual design
  • ๐Ÿ”” Push notifications โ€“ include user avatars and content previews
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Profile, group, and page feeds โ€“ each with independent state and scroll tracking
  • ๐Ÿง  Smart suggestions โ€“ fallback content seeded to avoid repetition and clutter
  • ๐Ÿค Friend request system โ€“ connect through mutuals and see shared history

I focused on real connections. Your feed is mostly from people you care about. Suggested posts and page updates only appear when your network is quietโ€”itโ€™s meant to be social, not sensational.

Happy to answer questions or hear your thoughts!

Launched: Inputeer โ€” One Upload, Instant Context for Every AI Chat

I wanted to share a project Iโ€™ve been building for the past few weeks: Inputeer.

The problem that sparked this? Every time I started a new conversation with ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI, I found myself explaining the same background and context over and over. It was not just repetitive, it also made it tough to get real value from AI unless I pasted in tons of notes.

So I built Inputeer. It lets you upload any mix of PDFs, docs, and notes, and it merges them into a single, organized brief (both a PDF and a plain-text block). Now I can just paste one concise summary into any AI model and start working right away, instead of starting from zero.

Building it was a real learning process, figuring out PDF parsing, cleaning up extracted text, and keeping the workflow dead simple took a lot of trial and error. The app is now live and working well for my own projects and a few early users.

Iโ€™d love to hear what you think! If youโ€™ve ever been frustrated by repeating yourself to AI tools or just want a way to combine and condense info for faster chats, let me know your thoughts, suggestions, or even critiques.

Thanks for reading!

I made an AI Marketing employee

I created an automation for performing marketing outreach using n8n.

My target audience are all the makers who have a digital presence and want to appear on AI searches.

They need to use a schema markup generator tool, but they don't know it yet.

So I made an employee that :

  • fetch the top Product Hunt performers,
  • scrape their website,
  • find target keywords (for Reddit Lead search),
  • Propose a schema markup to improve your search engine optimization
  • Send me a draft
  • I approve (or decline) and then it sends (or reworks it)

Then it checks out for the day.

Check it out here.

Gifting Just Got Gamified - Play, Give, Delight!

Hi everyone,

Weโ€™re building Gifty, an app that reimagines how people discover brands โ€” not through ads, but through playful, interactive gift experiences.

With Gifty, users explore real-world or digital maps to find hidden gifts like vouchers, samples, and surprise offers from brands or friends. But to open them, they need to solve riddles, visit real locations, wait out a countdown, or spin a lucky wheel.

Itโ€™s like a scavenger hunt for gifts โ€” where discovery feels more like a game than a sales pitch.

Weโ€™re turning advertising into experiences, and making gift-giving way more fun in the process.

๐Ÿš€ Launching soon

๐Ÿ“ Join the waitlist: https://gifty-ashen.vercel.app

๐Ÿ”— View on Huzzler: https://huzzler.so/products/0gpHSEMj6t/gifty

Weโ€™d love your feedback and support as we get closer to launch!

I hated all accounting apps, so I built my own

I wasn't happy with the accounting software options for solopreneurs and small businesses. Everything felt bloated and outdated. So I created my own solution: Nummo.

Last week I prelaunched a landing page with a demo and got 6 presales.

Here's what makes Nummo special:

  • Minimalist design
  • Private by default
  • Notion-like UX
  • Automated bank syncs
  • AI-powered transaction categorization
  • Natural language filtering

I would love your feedback!

I built myself a system to turn YouTube videos into learning docs

I don't really have time to watch multiple 30 minute videos per day to catch up on everything so I built this for myself to get a learning doc.

I can always reference it and actually learn the core concepts from it, also can feed it into an LLM so it has that knowledge from the video as well.

I'm sharing a PDF I created for a recent Alex Hormozi video on copywriting. Let me know if you like this - I have more to share.
