Fyxer promo code: 20% off for 2 months

What is Fyxer?

Fyxer is an AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook that organizes your inbox, highlights threads that need a reply, and writes draft responses based on your past conversations. It can also join scheduled calls to take notes so you never have to start a follow-up email from a blank screen.

The Starter plan covers one user and a single inbox. It sorts incoming mail, manages your calendar, prepares draft responses, and brings an automated notetaker into video calls. The Professional plan expands support to multiple inboxes and calendars, team scheduling across time zones, and a HubSpot integration. It also lets you upload company documents to train the assistant on your product details, adds a chat interface over your inbox and meeting history, and includes a guided onboarding session. Crucially, Fyxer only prepares drafts for your review; it never sends an email without your direct approval.

On monthly billing, Starter is $30 per user each month, or $22.50 per month when billed annually. Professional runs $50 per user each month, or $37.50 per month on an annual plan. For organizations with 50 or more people, Enterprise provides custom contract pricing, SAML SSO, SCIM user provisioning, and a dedicated account manager. Both Starter and Professional come with a 7-day free trial, and you can switch between monthly and annual billing inside your account settings at any time.
